- Drive training and awareness programs across the organization
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit processes
- Present risk insights and compliance updates to leadership
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Administration, or similar
- Over 10 years of experience in risk management and processes
- 5+ years in a leadership or project management role
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks
- Proficient in project management and analytical skills
