Meta Performance Marketing Specialist for Impactful Client Campaigns

Become an essential part of our marketing team as a Meta Performance Marketing Specialist. Execute and optimize campaigns that fuel growth and enhance brand visibility. This role is centered on hands-on campaign management, primarily focused on Meta Ads with options for growth in other channels. You will collaborate with creative teams, ensuring strategies translate into optimized performance across multiple client accounts. Prior experience with additional ad platforms is a plus. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Meta Ads campaigns effectively
- Optimize bids, budgets, and audience placements
- Collaborate on creative testing and messaging refinement
- Track and analyze performance to offer insights
- Ensure rigorous tracking and event optimization
- 2–4 years experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Agency experience preferred, especially managing diverse accounts
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
- Detail-oriented and data-driven decision-maker
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
