Remote Inbound Contact Center Agent — Customer Support Pro

The Sydney Call Centre

MCI is hiring Work From Home Inbound Contact Centre Agents to provide responsive and empathetic customer support. This remote role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a home-based environment.

Ideal candidates are motivated, with strong verbal communication and time-management skills, and have a reliable internet connection. High school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior call center experience is a plus.
