What You'll Do

• Join our team as a Remote Inbound Call Center Representative , where you\'ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Document customer interactions in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Conditions of Employment

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
• Subject to program and location of the position: Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. May occasionally move about the office to accomplish tasks and lift up to forty (40) pounds.
