Do you love helping people by delivering world class customer service?If you answered yes and you are looking for a great place to work this role may be the right fit for you!We are looking for part time Member Service Associates / Receptionists to help answer phone calls, return emails and provide on demand services for our members when KidStrong classes are in session.This role is ideal for students or anyone looking for a fun part time role.In This Role You WillReturn all emails and voicemails upon arrival to the centreWelcome all KidStrong families as they enter the centre for their classesAssist members in centre with all administrative requests.Help enroll people who are interested in the program into a trial class or membership.Help coaches set up for their next class.Help each night with the team clean!Shifts run Monday through Friday 3 pm to 8 pm and Saturday / Sundays 8-12. Start / end times can be negotiated based on school or other committments.Pay is hourly plus bonuses.You will also receive 50% off a KidStrong membership for your family or someone else in your circleCompensation: $15.00 per hourKidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.Our PeopleWant to work with great peopleWant personal and professional growthWant to make an impact This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
