Front Receptionist

Position: Front Desk Receptionist Shifts Available:

• Monday Mornings: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Evenings: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Two to Three Evenings a Week)
• Every Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Greeting Clients: Welcome clients warmly as they enter the spa, providing a positive and inviting atmosphere.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in scheduling treatments and services.
• Check-In and Check-Out: Facilitate the check-in and check-out process for clients, including verifying client information, processing payments, and providing receipts.
• Answering Inquiries: Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding spa services, pricing, availability, and general information.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, resolving issues or concerns promptly, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
• Maintaining Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-presented at all times, including stocking supplies and promotional materials.
• Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining client records accurately and confidentially.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarize oneself with spa services, products, and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred but not necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as scheduling software, email, and basic office programs.
• Knowledge of spa services and products is a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
