Branch Management Role in Restoration Services

ARS Responds Canada

Drive branch operations and elevate service quality as Branch Manager at ARS Responds Canada, a leader in disaster mitigation. Your skills in project management and client engagement will ensure exceptional restoration outcomes. In this crucial role, you will supervise all operations within the assigned branch. You will mentor a diverse team while prioritizing client relationships and service efficiency. Your experience in the restoration industry, particularly with fire and water damage, will be instrumental in guiding your team and achieving branch objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee branch operations including claims and emergency services
Directly manage staff scheduling and performance
Establish strong communication with clients and insurance professionals
Conduct regular reviews and audits of restoration projects
Implement quality control measures to uphold service excellence

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years in the restoration field
Proven expertise in managing teams and projects
Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience
Valid G driver’s license required
IICRC certifications for water and fire damage restoration
