Dental Sales Specialist (Single Tooth Anesthesia)

We are seeking a motivated and independent Sales Specialist to represent The STA system in the Toronto area . This role is ideal for dental assistants and/or hygienists looking to transition into a dynamic sales role within the dental industry. The STA (Single Tooth Anesthesia) System by Milestone Scientific is an advanced computer-controlled local anesthetic delivery system designed to improve the precision, safety, and comfort of dental injections. Unlike traditional syringe methods, the STA System delivers anesthesia at a controlled pressure and flow rate, enabling more accurate placement of the anesthetic and enhanced patient comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generating leads, nurturing prospects, with the goal of growing their territory and driving revenue growth.

· Qualify leads through effective communication, understanding customer needs and assessing clinic fit for the STA system.

· Prospecting and cold calling on targeted decision makers.

· Conducting in-office demonstrations of STA system.

· Providing ongoing support and follow up to dental offices in the field.

· Building and maintaining strong professional relationships.

· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system to track interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity.

· Reporting regularly to sales leadership , sharing market insights, competitive intelligence, and progress against sales targets.

· Representing the brand in the field with professionalism, credibility, and in-depth product knowledge. Training on the STA system will be provided.

Ideal Candidate:

• Detailed oriented professional with strong organizational skills.
• Self motivated to develop marketing/sales initiatives to grow market share.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence potential clients
• Comfortable working independently to contribute to overall sales goals
• Holds a valid driver's license and has access to a reliable vehicle

· Experience in dental industry (dental assistant/hygienist) preferred

· Familiarity with local anesthetic practices is a strong asset

*Please note: The position is base salary ($28,800.00) with high commissions for the opportunity for high earnings!
