Lead Engineer for Operational Excellence
Purolator
Enhance logistics efficiency as the Lead Engineer at Purolator. Drive operational improvements and optimize processes while leading a dedicated engineering team in Montréal. In this key role reporting to the Senior Manager of Operational Excellence, you will guide a team of engineers towards operational enhancement across regional terminals. Your expertise in analyzing KPIs will identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring operational performance remains top-notch. Collaborate cross-functionally and support operational managers to realize effective procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct a team of engineers effectively
- Analyze KPIs to optimize terminal performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations
- Collaborate with HR and other teams for alignment
- Coach operational managers in best practices
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- 2 to 5 years of leadership experience
- Background in operational or logistics environments
- Strong analytical skills with a results-driven focus
- Bilingualism in French and English preferred
