Lead Software QA Engineer at TTC

Join TTC as a Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer focused on delivering top-notch testing services. This position requires expertise in both manual and automated testing to meet client requirements effectively. As the Lead Software QA Engineer, you will guide testing strategies and mentor junior staff while ensuring high-quality outputs. Your role involves collaborating closely with business owners, software vendors, and internal IT teams to uphold strong relationships and manage expectations. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes through your insights and technical skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of testing needs
- Execute manual and automated tests effectively
- Create detailed test artifacts to guide processes
- Ensure timely delivery of quality work at customer sites
- Manage stakeholder relationships and project requirements
- Fluency in English and French
- Proficient in TOSCA and SAP technologies
- Excellent communication and customer-facing ability
- Minimum of 5 years' Software Development or QA experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
