Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure the reliability and performance of software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of testing methodologies and a keen eye for identifying defects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
- Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software defects.
- Perform regression, functional, and usability testing.
- Document test results and provide feedback for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software testing.
- Proficiency in test case management and bug tracking tools.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Expertise in Accessibility Testing (WCAG Compliance) for inclusive software design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
