Lead QA Specialist in CRM & Data

Take the helm in transforming client experiences as the Lead QA Specialist for CRM and Data at a leading wealth management program. Drive strategic quality assurance and automation efforts in a dynamic, data-driven environment. This senior role focuses on implementing a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with program objectives within a multi-disciplinary team. Your expertise will shape quality standards, lead automation initiatives, and ensure end-to-end testing coverage. Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and stakeholders to optimize CRM capabilities and improve sales efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement QA strategies for multiple testing phases
- Establish quality standards, processes, and entry/exit criteria
- Collaborate with architects and product/program stakeholders
- Design and execute critical test plans and scenarios
- Ensure automation of testing is integrated into CI/CD pipelines
- Strong strategic and systemic thinking abilities
- Expertise in end-to-end QA processes
- Experience with automation tools for UI, API, and data
- Mastery in working with CI/CD environments
- Excellent communication and governance skills
