Senior Engineering Lead - Transportation Facilities

SYSTRA Canada is looking for a Senior Engineering Lead to manage high-speed rail facility projects with an emphasis on integration and operational excellence. This role is critical for ensuring successful project delivery. As part of the ALTO programme, you will directly report to the Facilities Design Director. Your responsibilities will involve strategic leadership in planning, design, and technical governance for facilities, ensuring that all project components align with stakeholder needs and sustainability objectives. A strong background in multidisciplinary environments is essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design governance for facilities development
- Coordinate multidisciplinary interface management
- Engage with stakeholders for regulatory compliance
- Support performance and risk management strategies
- Ensure adherence to design principles for operational needs
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 15+ years in infrastructure projects
- 10+ years in leadership roles
- Experience in rail system design
- Ability to work in regulated environments
