Location: Waterloo, ON

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Schedule: Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST (Monday-Friday)

As a Customer Service Professional, you'll be the first point of contact for members enrolled in group benefits programs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle approximately 50 inbound customer calls per day
• Support members with questions related to group benefits, claims, coverage, and account information
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Research and troubleshoot benefit and claim-related issues
• Navigate multiple systems to provide accurate information
• Deliver service aligned with quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards
• Collaborate within a supportive team environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience navigating multiple systems and applications simultaneously
• High School Diploma
• Ability to commit to a hybrid schedule and attend the office 3 days per week in Waterloo, ON

• Contact center experience
• Insurance, group benefits, claims, or banking experience
• Salesforce experience
• College or University education
• Professional office-based customer service experience
