We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipper / Receiver to join our close-knit warehouse team. This is a dynamic, part-time role perfect for someone looking for steady, predictable hours. You will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, managing inventory data, and ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Forklift Operation: Safely operate a Sit-Down Counterbalance (SDCB) forklift to load and offload incoming/outgoing trailers and move materials throughout the warehouse.

Logistics & Communication: Coordinate with clients by phone and email to schedule and collect shipments.

Data Entry: Accurately capture, track, and input shipment information into the company system.

Material Handling: Manually lift, move, and organize warehouse materials as required (must be comfortable lifting up to 40–50 lbs).

Qualifications & Requirements
Certification: Must possess a valid, current Forklift License (Sit-Down Counterbalance).

Communication: Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) for professional emailing and customer service phone calls.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers, inventory systems, and phones.

Physical Fit: Ability to perform manual lifting (40–50 lbs) and stand/walk for the duration of a 4-hour shift.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively and independently within a small team environment.

Qualifications
Must have valid forklift license and minimum 1 year experience with the Sit down counterbalance
Comfortable using the computer and excellent customer service skills
