SAP S 4HANA Group Reporting Consultant (35320)

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Group Reporting Consultant to support a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation focused on modernizing enterprise Finance capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementation activities
- Configure SAP Group Reporting solutions aligned with business requirements
- Support financial consolidation and reporting processes
- Assist with replacement of legacy/manual consolidation processes
- Configure and validate:
- Consolidations
- Intercompany eliminations
- Financial reporting structures
- Group reporting processes
- Support testing cycles, defect resolution, and issue management
- Assist with cutover planning and deployment activities
- Collaborate with Finance, business stakeholders, and implementation teams
- Ensure solutions align with internal controls, compliance, and reporting standards
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years of SAP Group Reporting / Consolidation experience
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation experience
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes
- Experience with:
- SAP Group Reporting
- Consolidated financial statements
- Intercompany eliminations
- Financial close processes
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards:
- IFRS
- GAAP
- Experience with SAP reporting tools (SAP Analytics Cloud – SAC preferred)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Ability to troubleshoot defects and support implementation delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
- Strong communication skills with ability to work directly with Finance stakeholders
Nice To Have
- SAP Finance (FI/CO) background
- Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
- Experience replacing legacy consolidation solutions
- SAP certification
Additional Details
- Consultant should be flexible for travel to Winnipeg as required
- Travel may be Monday–Thursday when onsite support is needed
