Location: Windsor, Ontario, Canada 

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships? ANDRITZ is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and account management activities. This role combines customer service, order management, account growth, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Manage customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, and other communication channels

• Research engineering records, drawings, bills of material, and manufacturing documentation to identify parts, determine costs, and establish pricing

• Process customer orders, confirm pricing and delivery timelines, and monitor orders through fulfillment

• Review inventory levels, pricing, sales activity, and profit margins to support business decisions

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while proactively identifying customer needs

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer history, usage patterns, and product lifecycle

• Conduct customer account reviews and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and uncover future opportunities

• Collaborate with Engineering, Logistics, Finance, Service, and Sales teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless order fulfillment

• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, order discrepancies, and return requests

• Maintain accurate records using CRM and ERP systems

• Generate and analyze reports related to sales performance, order status, and customer feedback

• Stay informed on product updates, inventory changes, and industry trends

• Promote ANDRITZ safety standards, including adherence to the ANDRITZ 8 Life-Saving Rules and #1ANDRITZway values

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-3 years of customer service, order processing, sales support, or account management experience

• Strong customer relationship and communication skills

• Experience entering, processing, and monitoring customer orders

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, or business management systems

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing, industrial, technical, aftermarket, service, or parts sales environment

• Experience with account management or inside sales

• Familiarity with bills of material, engineering drawings, and manufacturing records

• Understanding of pricing, inventory management, margins, and sales reporting

• Experience identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities

• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Logistics, Finance, Sales, or Service teams
