• Develop new business opportunities through referrals, prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Conduct insurance reviews and financial protection discussions with prospective and existing clients.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable life insurance, living benefits, and health insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on the importance of protection planning and help them make informed decisions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up and ongoing service.
• Collaborate with the agency team to identify opportunities within the existing client base.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and production goals.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

• Previous sales experience preferred, particularly in:
  • Insurance
  • Financial Services
  • Banking
  • Business Development
  • Retail or Consultative Sales
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and straightforward manner.
• Customer-focused with a consultative approach to sales.
• Comfortable conducting in-person, virtual, and telephone appointments.

• Life Insurance License (LLQP) preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Other Than Life (OTL) preferred or willingness to obtian.

• Base Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually (based on experience, licensing, and qualifications).
• Uncapped Commission: Earn additional income on life insurance, living benefits, and health insurance sales.

• First-Year Earning Potential: $60,000 - $100,000+
