Customer Service Representative

Catalent seeks a Customer Service Representative for its Windsor, Ontario pharmaceutical manufacturing site. The role involves managing customer accounts, coordinating orders with supply chain teams, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining strong client relationships to support business growth and retention.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships within assigned customer accounts and update account profiles
- Coordinate with supply chain team to acquire and process order confirmations
- Identify and resolve delivery risks, manage expectations, and communicate delays or reschedules
- Process customer inquiries and complaints with timely tracking and resolution
- Maintain forecasts and department metrics, including monthly consumption calls
Requirements
- College diploma or bachelor's degree
- 3+ years customer service or account management experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or GMP facility preferred
- Excellent negotiation and diplomacy skills with strong relationship-building ability
- Proficiency assessing client needs and developing solutions
- Valid driver's license preferred
Compensation: $50,000–$61,000 CAD annually
