JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Advisor to join our team. The Senior Marketing Advisor plays a key role in bridging corporate marketing strategy and business unit objectives. Working closely with practice leaders, sales teams, subject matter experts, and corporate stakeholders, this role develops and executes integrated marketing initiatives that support business growth, strengthen market positioning, and enhance client engagement.  

The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across sales enablement, offer marketing, content creation, thought leadership, events, and communications. The Senior Marketing Advisor acts as a trusted partner to multiple lines of business, ensuring that marketing activities are aligned with organizational priorities and effectively support revenue-generating activities.  

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Strategic Marketing & Business Partnership  

• Partner with business leaders to deliver marketing initiatives that support growth.
• Turn business priorities into campaigns, content, and client engagement activities, and track KPIs.  

Sales Enablement  

• Develop sales assets, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and client-facing collateral.
• Support pursuits with messaging aligned to client needs and market opportunities.  

Offer & Solution Marketing  

• Develop positioning, value propositions, and messaging for services, solutions, and strategic initiatives.
• Support the launch and promotion of new offerings and capabilities.  

Content Marketing & Thought Leadership  

• Coordinate thought leadership content, including articles, case studies, and client testimonials highlighting business impact (written and video).
• Turn technical and business expertise into compelling content that supports business development.  

Event Marketing & Client Engagement  

• Support conferences, webinars, executive roundtables, and client events.
• Develop event communications, promotional materials, and follow-up content.  

Brand & Communications  

• Ensure consistent brand, messaging, and presentation standards across marketing and sales materials.
• Support internal and external communications, executive messaging, and strategic announcements.  

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, communications, sales enablement, or demand generation, preferably within professional services, consulting, technology, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated success developing  sales enablement and business development materials , including executive presentations, case studies, client success stories, value propositions, and client-facing collateral.
• Proven experience translating complex business, technology, or consulting concepts into  clear, compelling marketing content for executive and business audiences.
• Experience partnering with  business leaders, subject matter experts, and sales teams to deliver marketing initiatives that support growth objectives.
• Strong track record creating and managing  thought leadership programs .
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to own multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously and autonomously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with professional proficiency in  English and French considered a strong asset.
• Proficiency in  graphic design and video editing will be considered strong complementary assets.
• Proficiency in  GenAI tools will be considered a strong complementary asset.  

Preferred Experience  

• Experience supporting the marketing of consulting services, digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, or other technology-related offerings.
• Experience coordinating conferences, executive roundtables, webinars, client events, or partner marketing initiatives.
