Responsibilities
1. Strategic Support and Governance
- Develops, implements, and updates management frameworks, standards, and administrative tools to support the strategic direction set by Executive Management;
- Monitors the landscape and ensures that practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, directives, and organizational standards;
- In collaboration with the Direction and the Personal Information Protection Officer, ensures compliance with requirements regarding confidentiality, information protection, information security, and records management;
- Advises Executive Management on the analysis, development, and monitoring of strategic files with organizational scope;
- Prepares, coordinates, and reviews materials for various governance bodies (Board of Directors and Audit Committee), executive committees, and strategic planning exercises. Ensures the quality and relevance of information presented, oversees rigorous follow-up on decisions and recommendations, and coordinates the actions required to facilitate their effective implementation;
- Represents Executive Management on committees and working groups, as assigned;
- Issues administrative guidelines to teams within their scope of authority;
- Supports work organization and contributes to continuous process improvement within a transformation context.

2. Coordination and Support for Executive Management
- Assists Executive Management in managing strategic priorities, tracking organizational commitments, and coordinating files;
- Monitors mandates, action plans, accountability reporting, and requests from internal and ministerial bodies;
- Coordinates the preparation, quality, and consistency of documents for Executive Management meetings intended for various decision-making bodies;
- Acts as a liaison between Executive Management and various internal and external entities;
- Supports managers reporting to Executive Management in their administrative and strategic functions.

3. Organizational leadership and management practices
- Promotes the harmonization and improvement of administrative practices, processes, and management tools within the Executive Office and the Management Committee;
- Acts as an expert advisor and resource person regarding governance, administrative management, and work organization;
- Contributes to sharing best practices with management teams and administrative staff.

Qualifications
- Hold an undergraduate university degree in a field relevant to the position, such as administration, management, or another related discipline;

- Possess significant experience in an advisory role supporting senior executives;

- Possess a solid understanding of the health and social services network and its governance issues.
