Health And Safety Program Manager

Lead health and safety programs at Trinity Consultants Canada, applying risk management and regulatory compliance across multidisciplinary operations. Travel across Canadian offices, sites, and field locations as required.As Health and Safety Manager, you will provide strategic direction, governance, and hands-on leadership across Canadian divisions. You will standardize programs, advise senior leadership, oversee risks and incidents, and support division-level safety personnel. The work spans field safety, training, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Lead health and safety strategy across Canadian divisionsStandardize programs, procedures, and practices across operationsAdvise leadership on risks, regulations, and performance trendsOversee incidents, investigations, corrective actions, and preventionChair the Joint Occupational Health and Safety CommitteeRequirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in occupational health and safetyMinimum eight years of progressive health and safety experienceExperience supporting multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teamsExperience with risk assessments, audits, and investigationsCRSP, CRST, CHSC, or relevant designation considered an assetBring strategic leadership, risk-based thinking, and safety systems expertise to Trinity Consultants Canada's Canadian operations.
