Lead marketing strategy for Skyline Living in Guelph, Ontario, using SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and campaign performance expertise.The Marketing Manager oversees awareness, qualified leads, leasing activity, tenant retention, and vacancy goals across Skyline Living’s residential portfolio. This role leads integrated strategies, develops the Marketing team, and partners with Leasing, Development, and Marketing and Communications. Campaign positioning, budgets, timelines, agencies, suppliers, and performance measures remain central to the work.Key Responsibilities:
Lead integrated strategies for portfolios, acquisitions, occupancy, and developmentsSet priorities, accountabilities, service standards, and team coachingPartner across departments on vacancy pressures and leasing milestonesOversee positioning, messaging, audiences, and marketing assetsManage campaigns, budgets, approvals, launches, and performance reviewsRequirements:
