Licensed Practical Nurse

The Licenced Practical Nurse is responsible for the overall development, coordination, and implementation of training programs, foot care, and wellness services within Home Support Services in LutherCare Communities (LCC). This position will assist the service area to achieve organizational priorities and goals. Reporting to the Home Help Manager (the Manager), the Licenced Practical Nurse supports strategy by executing divisional plans, including cascading, monitoring, reporting, and course correction. Licenced Practical Nurse is responsible for ensuring that the quality of the Foot Care services to residents in our facilities setting is compliant with legislation and standards of practice. The Licenced Practical Nurse demonstrates service area expertise to enable an innovative and positive working climate in a resident-first culture. The Licenced Practical Nurse works within the service area and cross-functionally to support operations in the organization.
