Job Description
Eteros Technologies is a growing, international manufacturing company seeking a creative and execution-focused Digital Marketing Specialist who is both technically capable and eager to contribute. The Digital Marketing Specialist will support and execute our digital marketing strategy, with a focus on Google Ads, website management, SEO, campaign performance, and lead generation. This role will manage and optimize digital initiatives, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to increase online visibility and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working across digital marketing platforms, with graphic design experience considered a strong asset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Google Ads & Paid Digital Marketing Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and re-marketing. Conduct keyword research and test ad copy, targeting, audiences, and campaign strategies. Monitor budgets, conversions, cost per conversion, lead quality, and overall campaign performance. Manage conversion tracking through Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager. Prepare performance reports with insights and recommended next steps.
- Website Management, SEO Manage website updates, including product pages, landing pages, promotions, forms, images, and content. Build and optimize landing pages for advertising and lead-generation campaigns. Support SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives to improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and images. Optimize website content and structure to improve visibility and relevance within AI-generated search results and responses. Monitor website traffic, search performance, user behaviour, and conversions. Identify opportunities to improve usability, organic visibility, AI search visibility, and lead generation.
- Digital Campaign Support Support digital campaigns for product launches, promotions, events, trade shows, and lead generation. Assist with email marketing, including campaign building, testing, and performance monitoring. Coordinate digital assets and ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule. Track campaign results and help connect marketing activity to leads and sales opportunities. Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and AI-powered advertising and search.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, with hands-on experience in Google Ads, paid search/PPC, SEO, website management, and lead generation.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics.
- Experience with email marketing and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or similar platforms is an asset.
- Graphic design and Adobe Creative Cloud experience are strong assets.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and advertising tools is an asset.
- B2B, manufacturing, or technical industry experience is preferred.
