Our culture prioritizes autonomy, focused work, and sustainable balance.## About the roleWe are seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own the growth strategies for both EightLabs and our clients. You will manage campaigns across multiple channels, analyze performance, and drive measurable results for ambitious brands.## What you'll do* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email).* Manage client budgets, optimize bid strategies, and maximize ROI/ROAS.* Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and reports.* Collaborate with designers and developers to create high-converting landing pages.* Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.## What we're looking for* 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically managing paid media and SEO.* Proven track record of scaling acquisition campaigns with measurable success.* Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in building performance dashboards.* Excellent written communication skills for ad copy and client reporting.## Nice to have* Experience with B2B SaaS or high-ticket e-commerce marketing.* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo).* Basic knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.## What we offer* Competitive salary and comprehensive health benefits.* Flexible remote/hybrid work environment.* Annual learning and development budget.* Generous paid time off and company-wide breaks.* Direct impact on the growth of both our agency and our clients.## Apply for this rolePlease fill out the form below.
