Remote Digital Marketing Associate
Digital Shift
Turn digital marketing data into client growth remotely at Digital Shift, using strategy, creativity, and strong account management skills. Every campaign should serve a purpose.
As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will guide client accounts through strategic planning, delivery, reporting, and relationship building. You will transform data into actionable insights, create personalized marketing experiences, and collaborate with Operations to measure progress. The role supports home service businesses across Canada and the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly strategy sessions with clients
- Plan deliverables around client objectives
- Track account metrics and prepare status reports
- Communicate initiative progress clearly to clients
- Build trusted, lasting client relationships
Requirements:
- Experience in digital marketing, account management, or customer success
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field
