BioWare Production Director for Game Development

Electronic Arts

Become the Production Director driving the next chapter of Mass Effect at BioWare. In this hybrid position, you will lead teams and shape the game's creative vision. We are in search of a leader with at least a decade of game development experience, adept in managing large-scale AAA projects. You will coordinate with creative and production teams, translating high aspirations into effective execution strategies. Mentorship, collaboration, and best practices will be key components of your leadership approach. Key Responsibilities:

Bridge the gap between creative vision and development
Lead the game through all production phases
Build sustainable relationships across diverse sectors
Clarify complex goals for your teams
Identify and address risks early in production

Requirements:

10+ years of production experience in games
Demonstrated leadership on major AAA games
Deep knowledge of RPG and ARPG development
Strong leadership presence to inspire teams
Proven capability in mentoring production talent

Foster innovative production practices and ensure a player-first approach while working on the next Mass Effect at BioWare. #J-18808-Ljbffr
