Make a positive impact as a Bilingual Overnight Mental Health Counsellor with TELUS Health. This remote role demands your expertise in crisis management and client support to offer immediate assistance. As part of a dedicated team, you will work overnight shifts helping individuals navigate mental health challenges. Your responsibilities entail assessing client needs via phone, video calls, or chat while providing crucial support during crises. With your Master's degree and bilingual fluency, you’ll help advance TELUS Health's mission for healthier workplaces across Canada. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries through phone, video, or chat
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and short-term counselling
- Manage high-risk situations involving mental health crises
- Maintain clear clinical documentation in internal systems
- Protect client confidentiality while delivering support
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- Bilingual in French and English, fluently spoken and written
- Experience in crisis management and risk assessment
- Comfortable using technology for client interactions
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
