We are looking to hire the right person to join an amazing team as a full time Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist. As a Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist you will be responsible for providing courteous, accurate and timely responses to incoming inquiries.

Position: Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist - Full time, Permanent opportunity.
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday- 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (Must be flexible to work 8 hours during that time)
Location: Downtown, Montreal
Hybrid - 2 day in Office, 3 days from home
Salary: 50,500 $

Our Client operates all across Canada. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties.

Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to communicate with English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a daily/regular basis

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist includes (but are not limited to):

-Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion
-Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
-Actively participate in an ongoing learning environment where you’ll receive developmental opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads for the sales team
- Use a short script as a guide, but keep the conversation natural and engaging
- Record accurate client information and flag potential leads
- Pitch the service with clarity and confidence
- Maintain a positive and professional tone throughout each call
- Adapt to shifting priorities as the project evolves

Qualifications
-Excellent English and French communication skills.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and the government's enhanced screening process.
-Must have Microsoft Office skills and an ability to learn multiple computer systems both Windows based and other.
-Tech requirements: PC with Windows (Mac not compatible), Ethernet connection, USB headset
-Must be able to demonstrate the ability to solve problems through investigation and make timely decisions.
-Minimum High school education required.
-Strong computer/multitasking skills.
-Previous Customer Service or Call Centre experience is required (Minimum 6 months).
-Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable.
-Comfortable following scripts while holding a natural, fluid conversation.
-Able to work Monday–Friday, with availability between 9 AM and 9 PM.
