Role Description

As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in advancing cloud and AI transformation initiatives by leading solution design for enterprise AWS migration and Agentic AI programs. You will partner with cross-functional teams, align solutions with enterprise architecture standards, and provide dedicated architectural support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-level and detailed solution architecture for AWS Migration and Agentic AI initiatives.
• Design scalable, secure, and enterprise-compliant cloud solutions.
• Partner with business, engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to drive architecture decisions.
• Develop architecture artifacts, design documentation, and governance approvals.
• Support integration of AWS services with enterprise technology platforms and contact center solutions.
• Provide technical leadership throughout delivery and migration lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 8+ years of Solution Architecture experience in large enterprise environments.
• Strong AWS cloud architecture and migration expertise.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Connect integrations and enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Experience designing cloud-native, API-driven, and microservices-based solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bachelors in computer science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Banking or financial services experience.
• Experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• AWS Architecture certifications.
• Sierra platform experience is preferred.

Nice to Have:

Availability to work in a hybrid model, with an expectation of 2-3 days per week in the office.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
