Key Responsibilities Serve as Finance Partner for R&D planning and operations
Lead annual budgeting efforts and cross‑functional financial planning
Analyze product P&L and unit economics rigorously
Drive financial deliverables for strategic marketplace initiatives
Implement insights from up‑to‑date planning system dashboards
Requirements 7+ years of progressive finance experience
Robust analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
Experience in a SaaS environment highly valued
Familiarity with advanced financial planning tools is a plus
