Senior Sap Controlling Consultant Role (Halifax Regional Municipality)

Elevate your career as a Senior SAP Controlling Consultant with expertise in S/4 HANA implementation and support. We're seeking a candidate skilled in SAP Product Costing and integrated planning. This is a pivotal role for a qualified with over 8 years in SAP Controlling.
Candidates should have led SAP blue printing and functional specifications, particularly in the process manufacturing industry. Critical skills include project accounting, cost center accounting, and knowledge of financial sub-modules like General Ledger and Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead S/4 HANA implementation and support projects
- Develop functional specifications for process manufacturing
- Manage SAP Product Costing and profitability analysis
- Conduct monthly journal entries and period-end closing
- Formulate unit and integrated test scripts
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of SAP Controlling experience
- Experience in end-to-end Finance and Controlling implementation
- Knowledge of integrated planning across modules
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and processes
- SAP Controlling certification is an asset
