• Salary range: 118,000$ to 147,500$ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution of a large, multidisciplinary capital project (building, process, utilities, automation).
• Oversee and coordinate multiple project workstreams (facility expansion, utilities, equipment installation).
• Manage and collaborate with external engineering firms, consultants, and contractors.
• Review, challenge, and validate engineering designs and deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and execution plans.
• Ensure alignment between technical decisions, project timelines, and overall objectives.
• Support and oversee construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Drive project performance to ensure delivery on time, on scope, and on budget.
• Collaborate with engineering partners during design development and technical reviews.
• Maintain a strong in office presence during execution, ensuring effective coordination and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or related engineering discipline.
• 7‑10+ years of experience in project engineering and capital project delivery within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large‑scale capital projects ($20M+).
• Robust experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with external partners, consultants, and vendors.
• Solid systems thinking with the ability to navigate and oversee complex technical environments.
• Proven strength in project planning, structuring, and execution.
• Ability to lead, influence, and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive leadership.
