This role oversees Senior Managers and their teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on compliance, risk mitigation, and client service.Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:Lead and manage the Exchange Traded Derivative / Futures Operations team, ensuring efficient, risk-aware, and compliant operations.Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to improve operational efficiency, automation, and standardization.Oversee governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management, including AML/ATF and sanctions requirements.Build and maintain a high-performing, inclusive team through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clearing partners across Canada, the U.S., Europe, and other regions.Drive transformation initiatives and process improvements to adopt industry best practices and enhance client experience.Ensure robust supervisory controls, risk reporting, and escalation mechanisms are in place and effective.Manage resources and budgets to meet business objectives and regulatory obligations.SkillsDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:Leadership Experience: Minimum 10 years in senior operational management roles within capital markets, with a track record of leading large teams and influencing at the executive level.Domain Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivatives, clearing processes, and related regulatory frameworks.
