Sweat and Tonic
REFORMD (By Sweat & Tonic) is Toronto’s newest premium Lagree Method studio—designed for high performance, high standards, and high energy.
Passionate about health and wellness? The REFORMD Sweat Equity program provides a unique opportunity for you to share your positive energy with the community and benefit from fitness & wellness at S&T in exchange for volunteer time.
Earn a REFORMD Unlimited Membership: The Sweat Equity Program is key to creating an exceptional fitness experience for our Sweat Fam. Join our Front of House team and earn an Unlimited REFORMD Membership .
Connect with your Sweat Fam: Find connection in a one-of-a-kind community as you develop professional skills, grow stronger, and have fun! You will get to know every team member, instructors and meet new people with a passion for fitness and wellness.
Sweat Equity duties include, but are not limited to:
- Warmly welcoming every guest
- Checking in guests to class
- Assisting with basic guest service inquiries
- Helping new guests get comfortable and find their way around by providing a 1-on-1 tour to every first-time guest
- Maintaining the studio space by performing routine and miscellaneous tasks
- Ensure classes start on time and are uninterrupted by assisting instructors at the door and guests into class on time
- Tag team with “Back of House” behind the scenes to clear and reset the studio space
- Answer guest inquiries to the best of your knowledge; ensure all enquiries receive a follow up
- Work alongside your team members to create an uplifting experience for everyone
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks as required
Program Requirements
- 3-month minimum commitment
- 3 hours per shift, with 2 shifts per week
Shift Options
- Monday to Friday
- 7:15 AM to 10:15 AM
- 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM
- Saturday & Sunday
- 9 AM to 12 PM
- 12 PM to 3 PM
Qualifications and Experience
- A passion for group fitness
- A love for Sweat and Tonic
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
