Gestionnaire des opérations cliniques bilingue

Le bilinguisme et le leadership clinique sont au cœur de ce poste en télétravail partout au Canada. Vous soutiendrez les services 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7.

Comme gestionnaire bilingue des opérations cliniques, vous dirigerez les équipes de première ligne de Jeunesse, J’écoute. Vous offrirez des orientations cliniques, superviserez les opérations et prendrez des décisions en temps réel. Votre travail soutiendra des interventions sécuritaires, de qualité et adaptées aux jeunes.

Responsabilités principales :

Gérer les files d’attente et la mobilisation des équipes
Superviser les horaires et optimiser les activités opérationnelles
Fournir du soutien clinique et des orientations immédiates
Coordonner les débreffages, consultations et réunions d’équipe
Gérer les interruptions de service avec l’équipe des technologies

Exigences :

Diplôme pertinent en travail social, psychologie ou sexologie
Deux à trois ans d’expérience en gestion d’employés ou bénévoles
Expérience en counseling et intervention de crise
Excellentes capacités de jugement, communication et organisation
Disponibilité les soirs et fins de semaine
