Gestionnaire - médias payants / Senior Paid Media Manager

Clark Influence est une agence créative spécialisée en marketing d’influence, social media et création de contenu. Depuis plusieurs années, notre équipe accompagne certaines des marques les plus reconnues au Canada et à l’international dans leurs stratégies social-first. Pour soutenir notre croissance, nous sommes à la recherche d’un.e gestionnaire en médias payants. Cette personne jouera un rôle clé dans le développement de l'expertise performance de Clark Influence. Au-delà de la gestion des campagnes, elle contribuera à faire évoluer nos méthodologies, nos outils et notre offre paid media afin de soutenir notre croissance au Canada et à l'international.

Ta mission : 
Tu as déjà plusieurs années d’expérience en acquisition, campagnes de médias payants et publicité en ligne . Tu aimes analyser la performance, optimiser des campagnes, tester de nouvelles approches créatives et transformer du contenu en résultats concrets? On veut te rencontrer ✨

Tu travailleras au cœur de nos stratégies social-first afin de développer et d’amplifier des stratégies d’amplification média pour des campagnes de contenu, d’influence et de marque à travers différentes plateformes numériques.

Ton rôle au quotidien : 
Gestion et optimisation des campagnes

  • Définir, planifier, déployer et optimiser des stratégies d’acquisition et médias payants sur : Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Google, YouTube et autres plateformes selon les projets
  • Gérer différents budgets média et assurer un suivi rigoureux des performances
  • Optimiser les campagnes numériques selon différents KPIs : CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, MER, conversions, leads, acquisitions, engagement, vues vidéo
  • Mener des tests A/B sur les audiences, les stratégies d'enchères et les formats publicitaires afin de maximiser les taux de conversion.

Stratégie et performance

  • Participer à l’élaboration de plan médias d’envergure
  • Identifier les canaux, les formats, les audiences pertinentes pour nos clients en fonction de leurs objectifs
  • Identifier des opportunités de scaling et d’optimisation
  • Collaborer avec les équipes création et contenu pour améliorer les performances créatives
  • Contribuer activement aux réflexions autour du social-first, du contenu performant et de l’amplification média

Analyse et reporting

  • Mettre en place et valider les outils de suivi (pixels, balises, conversions)
  • Analyser les performances de campagnes et formuler des recommandations concrètes
  • Préparer des rapports clairs et vulgariser les données pour les équipes et les clients
  • Assurer le suivi des budgets et du pacing média

Innovation et veille

  • Tester continuellement de nouveaux formats, audiences et approches
  • Assurer une veille active sur les plateformes, tendances et innovations média
  • Participer à l’évolution des expertises paid media de l’agence

Relation Client et Collaboration interne

  • Être le point de contact principal des clients pour leurs campagnes payantes
  • Participer aux rencontres mensuelles
  • Élaborer et présenter des rapports mensuels et trimestriels
  • Être capable de challenger les décisions des clients
  • Coordonner avec les équipes internes (social media, influence, stratégie) pour assurer une exécution fluide des mandats
  • Participer à certains brainstorms, pitches et présentations clients
  • Accompagner des profils plus juniors au besoin

Le profil qu’on recherche: 

  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en paid media / paid social
  • Expérience en agence fortement considérée
  • Excellente maîtrise de : Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GTM (Google Tag Manager), Conversion API, Google Analytics / GA4
  • Bonne compréhension : attribution, tracking, pixels, funnels, creative testing, performance marketing
  • Esprit analytique fort et orienté performance
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
  • Autonome, structuré·e, proactif·ve et orienté·e résultats
  • Intérêt marqué pour les médias sociaux, le contenu et les tendances numériques
  • Bilinguisme français / anglais requis

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Paid Media Strategist to join our team. This person will play a key role in the development of Clark's performance marketing expertise. Beyond campaign management, they will help evolve our methodologies, tools and paid media offering to support our growth across Canada and internationally.

Your Mission : 
You have several years of experience in acquisition marketing, paid media and digital advertising . You enjoy analyzing performance, optimizing campaigns, testing new creative approaches and turning content into measurable business results.

You will work at the heart of our social-first strategies, developing and scaling paid media initiatives that amplify content, influencer and brand campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

What You'll Do :

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Define, plan, launch and optimize paid media and acquisition strategies across : Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Google, YouTube, Additional platforms based on client needs
  • Manage media budgets and ensure rigorous performance tracking
  • Optimize campaigns against key performance indicators including : CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, MER, conversions, leads, acquisitions, engagement, vidéo views
  • Conduct A/B testing on audiences, bidding strategies and ad formats to maximize performance and conversion rates

Strategy & Performance

  • Contribute to the development of large-scale media plans
  • Identify the most relevant channels, formats and audiences based on client objectives
  • Uncover opportunities for optimization and campaign scaling
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve creative performance
  • Actively contribute to conversations around social-first marketing, high-performing content and paid amplification strategies

Analytics & Reporting

  • Implement and validate tracking infrastructure, including pixels, tags and conversion events
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
  • Prepare clear reports and translate data into meaningful insights for clients and internal teams
  • Monitor budget pacing and overall media investment performance

Innovation & Industry Leadership

  • Continuously test new formats, audiences and advertising approaches
  • Stay informed on platform updates, trends and media innovations
  • Contribute to the evolution of the agency's paid media expertise and best practices

Client Relationships & Internal Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding paid media initiatives
  • Participate in monthly client meetings
  • Develop and present monthly and quarterly performance reports
  • Confidently challenge client assumptions and recommendations when appropriate
  • Collaborate closely with internal social media, influencer and strategy teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, pitches and client presentations
  • Mentor and support junior team members when needed

Who We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media and/or paid social
  • Agency experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong expertise in : Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Conversion API, Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Solid understanding of: Attribution, Tracking, Pixels, Funnels, Creative testing, Performance marketing
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on results
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Autonomous, organized, proactive and highly accountable
  • Passion for social media, content and digital culture
  • Bilingual in French and English
