Gestor de Incidentes Salesforce

Buscamos un(a) Gestor(a) de Incidentes Salesforce con experiencia en análisis, diagnóstico y resolución de incidentes complejos dentro del ecosistema Salesforce. Será responsable de garantizar la continuidad operativa de procesos críticos de negocio, principalmente relacionados con ventas y aprovisionamiento de servicios postpago y prepago, asegurando el cumplimiento de los SLAs establecidos y la reducción de los tiempos de resolución de incidentes.
Responsabilidades
Analizar, diagnosticar y resolver incidentes complejos en Salesforce.
Identificar causas raíz mediante el análisis de logs, código Apex y configuraciones declarativas.
Gestionar incidentes críticos de producción minimizando el impacto en la operación.
Monitorear y optimizar el desempeño de desarrollos e integraciones.
Auditar automatizaciones y flujos para identificar conflictos entre procesos declarativos y código personalizado.
Coordinar con equipos funcionales y técnicos para garantizar soluciones efectivas y sostenibles.
Documentar hallazgos, acciones correctivas y recomendaciones de mejora continua.
Experiencia sólida en análisis y resolución de incidentes en Salesforce.
Dominio de Debug Logs , identificación de causas raíz y troubleshooting de errores en producción.
Experiencia en desarrollo y mantenimiento de soluciones con Apex (clases, controladores y triggers).
Conocimientos en integraciones REST/SOAP y manejo de herramientas como Postman .
Experiencia trabajando con Governor Limits , optimización de rendimiento y consultas SOQL/SOSL .
Capacidad para analizar y resolver conflictos entre Lightning Flows y desarrollos Apex.
Deseable experiencia en proyectos de Telecomunicaciones y arquitecturas orientadas a servicios (SOA/Microservicios).
Habilidades de análisis, comunicación efectiva y trabajo bajo presión en entornos críticos.
