Regional Sales Director at Verint

Drive strategic sales initiatives as a Regional Sales Director at Verint, focusing on customer engagement and software solutions. In this pivotal role, you'll build strong relationships with customers and prospects while leading multiple sales professionals. The Regional Sales Director is responsible for executing sales strategies and achieving quarterly and annual objectives. You will use your experience in software sales to guide your team and ensure success in the region. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and close potential business transactions
Hold regular team calls with accountability
Own and manage the customer pipeline
Develop strategic relationships with clients
Forecast sales accurately and timely

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, MBA or MA preferred
8 years of Sales Leadership experience
Proven track record selling software solutions
Outstanding consultative selling abilities
Ability to travel 50% of the time
