What Your Days Will Look Like
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities with new clients in target markets and verticals.
- Build and expand executive-level relationships to position GardaWorld as a strategic security partner.
- Lead prospecting activities (calls, visits, networking, industry associations, executive roundtables).
- Manage the full sales cycle, from market mapping and opportunity qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify growth opportunities within key accounts and support cross-selling initiatives.
- Develop tailored proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain rigorous opportunity tracking and reporting within CRM (Dynamics), ensuring pipeline accuracy and forecasting discipline.
- Stay ahead of market trends, client needs, and competitive activity to proactively shape solutions and strategies.
- Represent GardaWorld at targeted industry associations, tradeshows, and networking events to strengthen brand visibility and business development.
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of proven success in business development or consultative sales, preferably in the security industry or related B2B services.
- Demonstrated ability to win new business in complex, competitive markets and achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Strong strategic sales skills: prospecting, relationship building, solution design, negotiation, and closing.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Strong business acumen with an ability to align client needs to organizational capabilities.
- Experience with CRM tools (MS Dynamics, Salesforce) and advanced MS Office skills.
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
