Pharmacovigilance Process Optimization Director

PrimeVigilance Ltd.

Lead pharmacovigilance process optimization at PrimeVigilance, using strategic leadership and analytical expertise to improve systems, operations, and patient safety.

As Director, Business and Process Optimization, you will guide departmental operations and resourcing within a complex cross-functional environment. You will shape strategic business plans, oversee improvement initiatives, and optimize processes, applications, training, and communications. Your work supports organizational performance and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction to business operations and corporate functions
Lead complex cross-functional process improvement initiatives
Oversee projects, analyses, recommendations, systems, and communications
Direct staffing, budgeting, scheduling, planning, and talent development
Support audits, CAPAs, transformation, and M&A integration activities

Requirements:

Healthcare qualification or pharmacovigilance experience
Extensive pharmacovigilance and process improvement experience
Demonstrated line management and leadership experience
Advanced clinical and post-marketing PV process expertise
Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills
