Mine & Yours is Canada's premier luxury resale destination, offering a curated collection of authenticated designer goods. We are committed to sustainability, quality, and community, operating with an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously evolving through retail, e-commerce, and strategic partnerships. Mine & Yours is currently a small business and operates at an annual revenue in the range of 20-30 million, which we hope will continue to grow for years to come.
We run on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), and as COO, you will sit in the Integrator seat, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and cross-functional accountability.
The Role
The COO of Mine & Yours is responsible for executing the company's vision, optimizing operations, and ensuring sustainable growth. This role oversees key business functions, including retail, e-commerce, buying and financial performance, while leading and developing a high-performing management team.
As COO, you are the Integrator, responsible for translating strategy into execution, ensuring teams are aligned, and holding leadership accountable for results. This role requires a strong leader with financial acumen, operational expertise, and a passion for innovation who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Vision Execution & Leadership Alignment
- Act as the Integrator, ensuring the company's vision is translated into a clear, actionable plan.
- Work closely with the CEO (Visionary) to drive strategy, identify priorities, and remove obstacles.
- Lead quarterly and annual planning sessions, aligning company-wide goals and ensuring execution.
- Hold leadership accountable for driving results and delivering on strategic initiatives.
2. Financial & Operational Performance
- Oversee business operations to ensure financial sustainability and profitability.
- Drive efficiency improvements across supply chain, inventory management, and retail execution.
- Implement systems and processes that optimize resources while supporting growth.
- Ensure strategic investments in technology and automation to improve operational scalability.
3. People & Leadership Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Oversee hiring, retention, and organizational structure to support long-term growth.
- Ensure teams operate effectively with strong leadership autonomy, reducing CEO dependencies.
4. Cross-Functional Alignment & Communication
- Lead weekly L10 meetings to ensure clear communication, issue resolution, and accountability.
- Act as the central point of alignment between Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Oversee the implementation of data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
- Ensure structured updates to the CEO and leadership team to maintain alignment and focus.
5. Customer Experience & Brand Growth
- Strengthen the omni-channel shopping experience across retail and e-commerce.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and engagement through operational excellence and seamless service.
- Lead strategic initiatives such as brand partnerships, community engagement, and pop-ups.
6. Strategic Growth & Expansion
- Oversee execution of key partnerships and market expansion opportunities.
- Support retail and e-commerce growth initiatives, including new store openings, pop-ups, and collaborations.
- Ensure the business remains agile and responsive to market trends and industry opportunities.
Who You Are
- Proven experience scaling and optimizing operations in a fast-growing, omni-channel business.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, improve margins, and drive profitability.
- Leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Experience in luxury resale, retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A problem solver with a passion for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.

- Must be based in Vancouver or Toronto.
