Purdys Chocolatier, a proud Canadian brand, is hiring a Vice President, Chocolate Operations to report to the COO. This leadership role encompasses manufacturing excellence, quality maintenance, logistics management, and strategic procurement. Your influence will shape team dynamics while ensuring chocolates are produced to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of chocolate manufacturing and logistics
• Lead, mentor, and develop a capable leadership team
• Create a culture of safety and well-being across operations
• Define and achieve operational KPIs in service and cost
• Strengthen supplier and logistics partnerships for efficiency
Requirements:
• 10+ years in manufacturing and supply chain leadership
• Degree in Industrial Manufacturing or relevant field
• Experience with Canadian food safety standards
• Proven leadership in a unionized setting
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Lead the transformation of Purdys Chocolatier's operations by integrating strategic manufacturing and supply chain initiatives.
