Le poste
Vous serez le premier point de contact technique pour les utilisateurs et serez principalement affecté chez l’un de nos clients, une école secondaire. Vous assurerez le soutien quotidien auprès des étudiants, enseignants et membres du personnel, tout en participant à différents projets et interventions techniques pour nos autres clients au besoin.
Responsabilités
- Assurer le soutien technique de niveau 1 et 2 auprès des utilisateurs de l’école et de nos autres clients
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes liés aux postes de travail, périphériques, applications et systèmes d’exploitation
- Déployer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail et les périphériques
- Surveiller les environnements TI et intervenir de manière proactive afin de prévenir les incidents
- Administrer les serveurs, réseaux, comptes utilisateurs, VPN et partages de fichiers
- Déployer, configurer et mettre à jour les logiciels, applications et pilotes
- Assurer la performance et la disponibilité des réseaux LAN, Wi-Fi et VPN
- Participer à des projets de déploiement, de migration et de mise à niveau des équipements et systèmes
- Gérer les sauvegardes, restaurations et transferts de données
- Documenter les incidents, interventions et solutions dans notre système de billetterie
- Effectuer le suivi des demandes et assurer une communication efficace avec les utilisateurs
- Participer à la gestion des achats TI : demandes de soumissions, comparaison des prix et commandes
- Collaborer avec l’équipe technique de Microcom lors d’interventions ou de projets nécessitant une expertise de niveau supérieur
Profil recherché
- Formation en soutien informatique, réseautique ou domaine connexe (DEP, DEC ou équivalent).
- Expérience en support technique, idéalement en environnement multi-client ou PME.
- Bases solides en réseautique.
- Débrouillard, autonome, rigoureux et capable de jongler avec plusieurs demandes simultanément.
- Service client irréprochable, communication claire et attitude professionnelle.
- Autonome, bon joueur d'équipe et toujours en mode apprentissage.
- Expérience avec un outil de gestion de tickets.
- Permis de conduire valide.
- À l'aise avec la disponibilité en astreinte.
