Our state-of-the-art facility in Richmond Hill, Ontario, proudly produces energy-efficient cooling and heating solutions with over 25 years of experience. Ariel Technology manufactures high-quality thermostats, hygrostats, fan filters, axial fans, and thermoelectric cooling units, offering custom solutions to meet unique requirements.
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This position plays a vital role in driving business growth and supporting both our Outside Sales team and Operations Team.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills—particularly by phone and email—and a collaborative mindset. If you enjoy building relationships, identifying opportunities, and working within a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for prospecting, building, and nurturing relati onships with clients to sell our products. You will work independently and collaborate with others in the office. You will play a pivotal role in growing our client base and revenue in designated territories.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business through proactive outbound calls and email outreach
Support the Outside Sales team by, managing current customers, qualifying leads, preparing quotes, and coordinating customer follow-ups. Maintain organized and accurate records of sales activities.
Provide assistance to the Operations Team with administrative and day-to-day tasks
Ensure a professional and responsive communication experience for all customers
Qualifications
Strong phone and email communication skills are essential
Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or lead generation is an asset
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
A collaborative and adaptable attitude with a strong sense of accountability
