Customer Service Representative and Purchaser

Job Responsibility:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for directly communicating with customers regularly. They will provide product/service information, fulfill order requests, resolve any emerging problems, and act as a liaison between the client and the production department. As the Customer Service Representative, you are a vital player in scaling the growth of our client and creating memorable, long-lasting impressions for the customer.

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Work with customers daily to provide product and service information, address and resolve concerns, and process order request, enquiries, and escalations.
• Document all customer activities, resolutions, requests, and complaints
• Meet with Senior Leadership to evaluate progress, set goals, and maintain a high level of performance.
• Preparing quotes, coordinate project completion timelines with customers and forecast analysis.
• Technical support and pricing management.
• Take quotes from suppliers and purchase raw material as per the requirements
• Create production dockets in our ERP System as per the customer requirements
• Ensure information updated in the ERP system is accurate and up to date.
• Inventory Tracking and preparing weekly inventory reports using MS Office, Sage and our ERP System.
• Coordinating with different departments to ensure the job gets completed as per the customer requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications / Skills:

• At least 1-2 years of proven Customer Service, Customer Support, or Sales Experience.
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Possess a confident attitude and strong communication and presentation skills
• Empathetic demeanor and passion for working and helping people in an individual or team setting
• Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
