Your responsibilities will involve underwriting new and renewal policies, marketing innovative insurance products, and providing exceptional service to brokers and insureds. Collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve profitable outcomes and support growth initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Market and underwrite new products in Middle Market
- Maintain and service broker relationships consistently
- Interact directly with clients and producers
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines
- Attend external functions and industry events
- Extensive experience in Middle Market insurance
- Strong technical knowledge of insurance products
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Collaborative approach to teamwork
- Proven ability to innovate and differentiate offerings
