TFW Coordinator

Hendriks Greenhouses
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position will provide a wide range of support to the Temporary Foreign Workers at Hendriks Greenhouses. Hours may vary and a high degree of flexibility is required .
Job duties :
- Assist HR with Temporary Foreign Worker employee onboarding and training.
- Conducting ongoing wellness checks with workers. Work with Human Resources to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Conducting regular housing inspections and working with the Maintenance Department to address issues.
- Provide support to Temporary Foreign Workers for various issues. This may include transportation to and from medical appointments, airport bus drop offs, banking and shopping trips.
- Provide translation support for workers.
- Work with the Human Resources Department to update TFW records.
- Working with the Human Resources Department to facilitate improvements to the program.
Skills Required:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Valid Ontario “G” Class License
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
- Customer focused attitude with a high level of professionalism and discretion
