• Conduct credit investigations for new accounts
• Make collection calls to ensure timely payments
• Review orders held for shipment due to credit issues
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies
• Manage cash applications from various payment methods Requirements:
• Associates Degree is mandatory
• Bilingual in English and French is preferred
• General Accounting or Bookkeeping experience helpful
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
